Submit Your Data on a MAC
If you are lucky enough (or wise enough) to do your spreadsheet on a MAC instead of a PC, you can use numbers

Save the SWMS excel spreadsheet from this link on your computer at a location of your choosing.

Open the Numbers app, click File > Open, and select the Excel document from the location you chose in step1.

Enter data as appropriate
To save:

Click File in the top menu bar.

Select Export To, then choose Excel.

Click Next, type a file name, choose your save location, and click Export.
